Harvesting: Integral and environmentally friendly agriculture. Grapes come from free-standing vines that are between 25-80 years old. Vines are from dry-farmed vineyards, in traditional low vine plantation system. Soil is mostly clay-silt-sand with high content of gravel and low yield of 4500-5000 kg per hectare. Grapes are selected according to the vineyard of greater maturation. Grapes are hand-picked and placed in boxes of 20 kg.

Elaboration: Traditional with fermentations no higher than 25º temperature, maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in Spanish and American oak barrels. Clarified with plant protein, allergen-free, mildly cold stabilized and tangential filtering.

Aging: Minimum of 7 months in Spanish oak barrels 40% (Quercus pyrenaica) and American oak 60%.

Tasting Notes: High layer of intense red with violet edges. Notes of wild berries, aromas of vanilla and subtle spices, lactic, glyceric, round, creamy and sweet. Persistent and structured with integration of its aging in barrels. Americo is an elegant, structured and universal wine.

Serving temperature: Serve between 14º to 16º C

Gastronomy: Pairs well with semi-cured and cured cheeses, cold meats, white and red meats, roasts, stews and game dishes.

Presentation: In Bordeaux bottle where it ages before going to market, and in vertical boxes of 6 or 12 bottles.

Serving temperature: Serve between 16º to 18º.

Tasting notes: High robe, cherry red with garnet rims. Notes of
black fruits, blueberries and prunes, with an expression of ripe grapes,
structured and with notes of toasted well-integrated wood, such as
cocoa and coffee, but keeping freshness. Structured and heavy on the palate,
very round, with ripe and fleshy tannins, intense, complex and elegant.

Cultivation: Integrated agriculture respectful of the environment. Family strains
rainfed, in traditional glass, age between 50 and 80 years, with sandy soils
and pebbles, low yield 4000 - 4500 kg hectare. Vintage

Elaboration: Traditional, selection and destemming, light crushing,
maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, pumping over and

Verdejo Joven Sobre Lías

Variety: 100% Verdejo. Denomination of Origin Toro.

Serving temperature: Serve between 6º to 10º.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color, with greenish flashes, clean and
sparkly. Intense, fragrant, clean, varietal nose, with notes of Verdejo
sunny, hints of tropical fruits, stone fruits, fennel and citrus.
In the mouth it is an unctuous white, with kindness in the passage, offering
hints of exotic fruits and a pleasant herbaceous finish. Americo Verdejo,
a lively, fresh, structured wine with a universal palate.

Cultivation: Integrated agriculture respectful of the environment. Vineyards of
sandy soils with clay and gravel, well drained, productions
less than 4500 kg per hectare for ages between 10 to 15 years.
Night harvest.

Elaboration: Traditional, selected and crushed grape, few macerated
hours at low temperature, static filtering of the wort to eliminate
solid parts, cold fermentation and in stainless steel tanks,
permanence on its lees for 3 months receiving pumping over, slight
filtered and clarified with allergen-free vegetable protein.

Gastronomy: Indicated in aperitifs, accompanying fish, seafood,
rice, pasta, vegetables and salads, white meats, cured ham, as well
like smoked and soft cheeses.

Verdejo D.O Rueda
AMERICO VERDEJO D.O RUEDA

Vol/Alc: 13 %

Variedad: 100 % Verdejo. Denominación de Origen Rueda.

Temperatura de servicio: Servir entre 6º a 10 º.

Notas de cata: Color amarillo pajizo con reflejos verdosos. En nariz, potente, franco e intenso, con aromas a frutas de hueso (melocotón, albaricoque) y recuerdos a fruta exótica (piña y paraguaya) sobre fondo anisado y ligeramente herbáceo. En boca es sabroso y equilibrado, llenándose esta de sensaciones frutales que recuerdan los mismos matices de nariz. Con cierta carnosidad y buena estructura en el paso por boca. De final amplio, frutal y herbáceo con el agradable amargor final característico de la variedad verdejo

Cultivo: 60 Hectáreas de viñedos en agricultura respetuosa, plantados en espaldera, localizados a casi 800 m de altura sobre un suelo cascajoso con sustratos arcillosos y arenosos, ubicados en plena cuenca del rio Duero en la localidad de Nava del Rey.

Elaboración: Se elaboran en su momento más idóneo de madurez. Se realiza una pre-fermentación en frío para extraer más aromas. Después de un desfangado controlado, el mosto limpio, tratado de forma reductiva, fermenta a temperatura controlada de 13º durante 19 días en tanques de acero inoxidable.

Gastronomía: Indicado en aperitivos, acompañando pescados, mariscos,
arroces, pastas, verduras y ensaladas, carnes blancas, jamón curado, así como
ahumados y quesos suaves.

Presentación: En botella bordolesa, en cajas verticales de 12 botellas.

Etiqueta: Obra del artista Toresano Carlos Adeva, sobre los viajes de “La Pinta”
transportando vinos de Toro en su bodega, en las rutas cartografiadas por Americo
Vespucci, al que en Toro, lugar de reunión de la “Junta de navegantes” en 1505, el
Rey Fernando “El Católico”, concede la ciudadanía Castellana. Destacando en el mapa la línea divisoria del tratado de Tordesillas firmado en 1494.

Harvesting: Grapes come from free standing vines that are between 25-80 years old. Soil is mostly clayey-silty-sand with high gravel content and low yield, 4500-5000 kg per hectare. Grapes are hand-picked and placed in boxes of 20 kg.

Elaboration: Traditional, maceration and fermentation not exceding 25º C in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in oak barrels. Clarified with plant protein, allergen-free, mildly cold stabilized and tangential filtering.

Aging: Between 5 and 8 months in American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: High robe, deep red with purple highlights. Prolonged memory of wild berries, cherries and blackberries, well integrated with toffee and vanilla aromas. Persistent on the nose. Intense on the palate, marked by the fruits of the forest, keeping freshness, firm tannins, complex and round, with a long finish. A red oak with personality.

Harvesting: Integral and environmentally friendly agriculture. Grapes come from free standing vines that are between 50-80 years old. Soil is sandy with pebbles, with low yield of 4000 - 4500 kg per hectare. Grapes are hand-picked.

Elaboration: Traditional, selection and destemming, light crushing, maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, pumping and aging in French and American oak barrels, carrying out several debourbages. Clarified with vegetable protein, free of allergens, mildly stabilized by cold, not lower than 0ºC, bottled and stay in the bottle before going on the market.

Aging: 12 months minimum in 80% French and 20% American oak, both medium toasted.

Tasting Notes: High layer, cherry red with garnet edges. Notes of black fruits, blueberries and prunes, with an expression of ripe grapes, structured with well integrated notes of toasted wood, such as cocoa and coffee, but retaining freshness. Structured with weight in the mouth, very round, with ripe and fleshy tannins, intense, complex and elegant.

Serving temperature: Serve between 16º to 18º C

Production: 3000 bottles

Harvesting: Integral and environmentally friendly agriculture. Vineyards with sandy soil with clay and gravel, with good drainage, productions below 4500 kg per hectare. Vines are between 10 to 15 years old. Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg.

Elaboration: Selected and pressed grape, maceration for a few hours at low temperature, static filtering of the must to eliminate solid parts, controlled fermentation at low temperature. Transfered to barrels for 6 months, in contact with fermentation lees, regular 48-hour batonage. Slight filtering, clarified with vegetable protein, being free of allergens.

Aging: Staying for 6 months in new French and American oak barrels of medium toast.

Tasting note: Amber yellow color with greenish reflections. Memories of white fruits and flowers, aromas of honey and bay leaf, notes of white apricot, peach, hay and well integrated notes of wood. On the palate, fresh attack with good acidity, broad and elegant. Persistent and with a characteristic finish of the Verdejo de Toro variety, genuine, exclusive and elegant.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 8º to 10º C.

Gastronomy: Suggested for appetizers, pairing with fish, seafood, rice, pasta, vegetables, cured ham, foei, smoked and all kinds of cheeses, as well as any kind of meat, stew or barbecue.

Varietal: 80% Tinta D.O Toro and 20% Garnacha D.O Toro. Grapes come from free standing vines that are between 25-30 years old. Soil is mostly clayey-silty-sandy with a high content of gravel. Grapes are hand-picked and placed in boxes of 20 kg.

Elaboration: Destemmed and slightly crushed grapes, short maceration not exceeding 10 days, controlled fermentation at low temperature not exceeding 24º, concentrating freshness and varietal primary aromas of Tinta de Toro and Garnacha, grape harvested before maturation, using the must without contact with the skin, and providing greater acidity, freshness and uniqueness.

Tasting Notes: High robe with vivid purple tones. Intense and vital nose, notes of youth, wide range of wild fruits. In the mouth it is balanced, with persistent and ripe tannins, of good acidity, with the presence of licorice and black berry notes typical of Tinta de Toro, impeccably balanced with Garnacha, its fresh notes of red fruits, long finish and pleasant memory

Harvesting: Integral and environmentally friendly agriculture. Vineyards with sandy soils with clay and gravel, with good drainage, productions of less than 4500 kg per Hectare. Vines are between 10 to 15 years old. Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg.

Elaboration: Traditional. Selected, gently pressed grapes, macerated for a few hours at low temperature, static filtering of the must to remove solid parts, cold fermentation and in stainless steel tanks, remaining on its lees for 3 months, receiving batonnage, light filtering and clarification with plant protein free of allergens.

Tasting note: Straw yellow color, with greenish sparkles, clean and bright. Intense nose, scented, clean, varietal, with notes of sunny verdejo, hints of tropical fruits, stone fruits, fennel and citrus. In the mouth it is a creamy and refreshing, with a pleasant fruity touch, offering hints of exotic fruits, herbaceous and long finish.

Variety: 100% Tinta de Toro. Toro Appelation.

Harvesting: Integral and environmentally friendly agriculture. Free-standing family strains, in traditional low vine plantation system, pre-phyloxeric, that are between 80-120 years old dry-farmed. Soil is sandy that includes boulders or gravel, with hardly any treatments and very low yield, less than 3000 kg per hectare. Grapes are hand-picked and placed in crates of 20 kg with a selection table.

Elaboration: Traditional, light extraction, with long maceration and fermentation times. Aging in new barrels receiving various debourbages. Clarified with vegetal protein, free of allergens, slightly stabilized by cold, not falling below 0ºC.

Aging: Between 16 to 24 months in new French Oak barrels, medium toasted plus.

Tasting notes: High layer, cherry red with garnet and purple edges Notes of raspberries, currants, blackberries, wild berries, all consistent with the wine’s aging. Notes of fine spices, and cloves, with hints of subtle toast, fine and deep as cocoa, coffee and toffee. The palate is friendly, structured, with ripe and fleshy tannins, liqueur, complex, deep and elegant.

Serving temperature: Serve between 14º to 18º C.

Gastronomy: Pairs well with tasty and elaborate dishes, such as game stews, fatty meats, grilled, roasted. Also delicious with chocolates or even to enjoy by itself.
