Wine Mixology is a concept that unites the world of wine with that of spirits, sommeliers with cocktails or the room with the bar, to create different experiences and enjoy wine not only in the glass.
In addition, Wine Mixology presents new drinks and products by proposing activities such as workshops or tastings to enjoy wine in different ways. For this educational reason, our bottled wines include an easy and original recipe on each label, always having wine as the main ingredient.
Wine Mixology collaborates with the Regulatory Council of the Toro Denomination of Origin (CRDO Toro), with the Union of Spanish Sommelier Associations (UAES), with the Federation of Spanish Bartenders Associations (FABE), with the Basque Culinary Center (BCC) , with Spanish universities and teaching centers, and regularly participates in cocktail and wine fairs and events such as Mix&Shake Madrid, Fibar Valladolid, ProWein Dusseldorf, IWSC London, Alimentaria Culinaria BCN, Salón Gourmet de Madrid. Additionally, in 2012, WineMixology had the privilege of being the first Spanish speaker at the Tales of the Cocktail International Congress in New Orleans.
Wine Mixology, a new concept that takes up the knowledge of ancient sages and medieval lords, makers of mixtures with wine, used as healing remedies, today enjoyed for pleasure.
