WineMixology, or the art of mixing drinks with wine, is a concept that unites the world of sommelier and cocktails to create experiences using wine as a base.
In addition, in this Wine Mixology, new drinks and products are presented and activities such as workshops or tastings are proposed to enjoy wine in different ways. For this didactic reason, our bottled wines include in each label an easy and original recipe, always having wine as the main ingredient.
WineMixology collaborates with the Regulatory Council of the Toro Designation of Origin (CRDO Toro), with the Union of Spanish Sommelier Associations (UAES), with the Federation of Associations of Spanish Barmans (FABE), with the Basque Culinary Center (BCC), with Spanish universities and teaching centers, and regularly participates in sick and cocktail and wine events such as Mix & Shake Madrid, Fibar Valladolid, ProWein Dusseldorf, IWSC London, Alimentaria Culinaria BCN, Gourmet Salon de Madrid.
